📜 General Service Policy – 2TOOTH Services 📅 Booking & Scheduling • Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. • Clients can reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no extra cost. • Sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the service description. 💰 Cancellation & Refund Policy 🔹 For Single-Session Bookings (One-off sessions, not part of a package) ✅ Cancellations & Rescheduling: • Cancel at least 24 hours before the session: 100% refund • Cancel within 24 hours of the session: 50% refund • Cancel less than 3 hours before the session or no-show: No refund • Rescheduling: • Free up to two times per session. • Further rescheduling may incur a £10 admin fee. 🔹 For Multi-Session Plans & Packages (Monthly plans or bundles) ✅ Refunds: • No Sessions Attended: • 100% refund within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been attended. • 50% refund within 30 days if no sessions have been attended. • After 30 days, no refunds are available. • After 1 Session Attended: • 50% refund within 7 days of the first session. • After 7 days from your first session, no refunds will be issued. • After 2 or More Sessions Attended: • Once you attend your second session, refunds are no longer available. 🔹 Important Notes: • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will count as a completed session and will not be eligible for a refund. • Non-Transferable: Sessions are for the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred to another individual. • Commitment & Learning Acknowledgment: By booking, you acknowledge that consistency is key for getting results.
